- you mastered the topic since 5 years ago ?
- you cheated ?
- the lecturer's cued you at the quiz ?
- your friend enlighten you previously ?
- it's absolutely the same questions as last week's tutorial ?
- you studied very hard earlier ?
- you sucessfully predict sort of the questions ?

2008’s (1) - movies..

i’ve just compiled my best movies in 2008.
actually, i was intended to blog it last december, but it seemed i was too ‘busy’ :p

since there are many categories, certainly i can not just pick one winner of all.
so i will choose maximum 3 movies of each categories..
i believe, a good movie should have a (or some) implied message(s) for the viewers.
and my personal remark is based on my personal view, no need to agree with me.
here they are..

drama:
in the valey of elah (faith, hope, and love)
the bucket list (what would you do if the verdict is in front of you?)
great debaters (life is an art.. not just a concept)

action:
dark knight (it’s not easy to be a white hero.. and joker, you did a extraordinary performance! )
iron man (intellectual + persistent + technology + compassionate = real hero)
butterfly on a wheel (sometimes you need to ‘learn’ before you ‘understand’)

comedy:
evan almighty (‘God’ never wrongs)
madagascar 2 (it’s about a ‘humanic’ friendship)
kungfu panda (what you see is not what others see)

others:
meet the spartan (note: you should watch 300 first, then you will enjoy it)
juno (is it about.. grown-up teenagers or immature adults ?)
maid of honour (how far would you go for the one?)

worst (dissapointed watched it):
indiana jones 4 (too ‘much’.. bored.. predictable..)
bangkok dangerous (cheap movie ‘borrowing’ great actor)
good luck, chuck (the best thing about this movie, just jessica alba)

note:
dark knight is gonna be the absolute winner, while indiana jones 4 is the perfect loser.

13. The Male is expected to read the mind of the Female at all times.

14. At all times, what is important is what the Female meant, not what she said. *okehh.. noted.. *

15. If the Male doesn't abide by THE RULES, it is because he can't take the heat, lacks ackbone, and is a wimp.

16. If the Female has PMS, all THE RULES are null and void and the Male must cater to her every whim.

17. Any attempt to document THE RULES could result in bodily harm. *oh noo..*

18. If the Male, at any time, believes he is right, he must refer to Rule #5 *i knew it..*

so.. tell me..
are there still any justice in this world?

jelas2 udah penuh isi mrt-nya.. bener2 udah rapet ngepas orang2 berdiri di belakang pintu mo nutup.
ini ada om-om setengah tua, masih aja coba nyelap nyelip nyulip..
sampe jongkok2, mau masuk lewat kolong ketek orang..
sampe pintu udah mo nutup, masih aja cari celah..
dengan pede banget sok yakin pasti masih muat..
padahal itu perut juga mancung..
udah gitu pintu nutup.. jelaslah die kejepit..
setelah kereta jalan, eh dia ngomel2 sendiri sama orang di sebelahnya, nyalahin pintu mrt-nya..
astaga..
mr.bean abisss.. *cuma gelap.. hihi..*

kadang2 bingung juga, apa mereka gak pernah ngerasain duduk ya dalam sejarah mrt singapore? semua orang ditabrak-senggol-sruduk.. hanya untuk duduk..

home in 2009

ahh..
my first post this year, officially from a place i called 'home' :p

a couple of friends asked me about it..
"home"???
yes.. home !!
a place where you (gonna) spend most of the time *hint hint* (or at least for temporary), would it be called 'home' ?
i'd like to define it as a place i could/would stay on and live in, with a comfy feeling and without any either 'sighing' or 'mumbling'..

and also..
i greet you, 2009 !
2008 was a good year from Him..
and i believe, 2009 is another year to be enjoyed with Him!!
