When we're stopping at the trafic lamp, waiting red light to change into green light, (our-beloved) police officer often asks us to proceed, though the trafic counter indicator still has not showed number 'zero' yet

But, if.. We're driving past the amber light, with trafic counter still indicates number -let's say- 'two' (nearly zero), then you will have (our-beloved) police officer 'waving his hand' at you..

and... you-know-what

When you come into an intersection with no forbidden signs, you should be able to proceed freely.

But, why.. (our-beloved) police officer will 'waving his hand' at you, a second after you :
- turn left, and say, "you should not turn left instantly"
- turn right, and say, "turn right is strictly not permitted here"
- go straight, and say, "on this intersection, you must turn left or right"

and.. you-know-what
